Quilted Ricrac Jacket
 
This jacket is made from a rescued vintage bed quilt in soft tones of pink, green and white. It has a relaxed, comfortable shape and is trimmed with white and pink ricrac for a subtle nod to its past life. Two front pockets make it practical as well as warm, and the front closes with two metal snap fasteners.
Each quilt is slightly different, which means no two jackets will ever be the same — a one-off piece that carries its own history and texture. Cosy enough for cooler days and easy to layer over everyday outfits, this jacket is about comfort, character, and making use of what already exists.
